Hi folks,
FAIR Autism Media has recently posted an interview with Indiana Congressman Dan Burton, filmed in February, 2007. In this interview, Congressman Burton offers his comments on political issues surrounding the autism epidemic and on his former role as Chairman of the Government Reform and Oversight Committee (1997-2002). Also discussed are the results of their three-year investigation into the effects of thimerosal in vaccines and whether it has been a causative factor in the Autism epidemic. He he... yep, it's getting there. After our first day of having the Burton video online, We registered 9.82 GIGABYTES of bandwidth all attributed to the burton interview. The next day we had 6.5 Gigs... and then the next we had 3.4 gigs! That's a lotta bandwidth! We have a 7 gig daily limit and incur fees when we exceed that. The ironic thing is that Burton hasn't said anything NEW for those familiar with him. I consider some of the biomedical interviews to be more valuable, imho... but these politician interviews turn heads for some reason. We'll have to do more! Now that we've taken in a higher daily visitation count, lately, we're going to take advantage of that and begin expanding our offering of media-related products. More DVDs, more books, etc. We'll buy at wholesale and use a competitive mark-up... so we can afford to keep this site online!
